
How to order?
To make a purchase, you need to follow our straightforward checkout process. We will guide you through it and prompt you to enter your information to finalize the transaction. After placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. This email serves to inform you that we've acknowledged your order request. To validate your order, payment must be completed, or for custom items, a 50% deposit is required before we can begin production. At this stage, we accept your order and establish the contract. When your order is prepared for shipping, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email. We will ship or deliver your order once the remaining balance is paid.
We maintain the right to cancel an order if there are any issues related to stock levels, payment details, or errors in pricing or product descriptions.
